With our extensive practical and professional experience, we have been accredited by the Federal Association of Online Education Institutions in Germany. Niuversity has developed a very specified approach to digital and distance learning which uses the virtual classroom instead of recording courses. Niuversity courses are live, interactive, taught in real time. The highly qualified trainers teach in Arabic or English (if appropriate). The content is up-to-date, mainly focusing on skills that help our students find jobs or get promoted in their current jobs. With this method Niuversity has reached a completion rate of around 92% which is incomparable in the field of online learning.
The didactical approach of Niuversity is taught in a Train of Trainers program for online teaching. In this program Niuversity teaches future trainers how to be professional online teachers by transforming their skills to the digital world. This includes the techniques and tactics of the virtual classroom and the LMS and the use of our unique behavioural economic techniques to increase the engagement and interactivity of the students. Beyond their academic preparation most of Niuversity trainers are certified by Google, Facebook, and CISCO.
