Applying Behavioral Interventions

According to a field research we conducted at Newversity in 2017, online training in the Arab world lacks guidance and direction during the training period, as the research shows that most of the courses available remotely are recorded videos through which students can study and follow up according to their time and sabbatical. It is devoid of any practical activities or follow-up during the course and after the course.
This leads to a significant reduction in completion rates, unfortunately, up to 5% in some training programs, and even the percentage that completed the course completes it with the aim of obtaining the certificate without the goal of educational and knowledge attainment.
Therefore, the Niuversity Educational Foundation provides the service of employing behavioral interventions to increase the effectiveness of education, which includes:
